Founded in 1968 by brothers Alessandro and Pietro Riva, Riva Tecnoimpianti today employs approximately 15 employees and is a well-established entity in the field of sales and assistance in the hydraulics sector, as well as in the manufacturing of both light and heavy carpentry products such as tanks, frames, bases, and various supports.<\/strong><\/p>

Coming to the present day, Riva Tecnoimpianti<\/strong> was acquired, as of May 2022<\/strong>, by the Vemarfin Group Srl<\/strong>, already the owner of AZMEC SRL<\/strong><\/a>, a company producing liquid ring vacuum pumps and present in the market since 1960. Given AZMEC’s<\/strong> longstanding relationship with Riva Tecnoimpianti<\/strong> as a client, Vemarfin<\/strong> saw the acquisition as synergistically important, with the primary objective of developing Riva Tecnoimpianti’s<\/strong> market presence using AZMEC’s<\/strong> already established commercial network. The transfer of the company’s shares resulted in a complete change in management decided by the new ownership, which selected experienced managers to lead Riva Tecnoimpianti<\/strong>, capable of bringing the company to desired levels of efficiency.<\/p>

The headquarters, located in Verderio (LC)<\/strong>, spans over a covered area of over 2000 m\u00b2. Experience, dedication, integrity, and extensive expertise are the qualities<\/strong> that the new management will need to bring to the company to enable it to further establish itself as a highly regarded specialist in both areas, covering various application sectors.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
